To the doctor first. The first thing to do is get a full health check. Tell the doctor you are going to start running, we want to make sure you are good to go with this.
About the plan. Each session is 30 minutes, three times a week. You’ll be starting out mostly walking, each session will have you running a little more.
Warm up, Cool down. Avoiding any injury is the goal here. Warm up with some brisk walking before you begin. Some gentle stretching before and after each session is also a great idea.
